Vanilla Cider Whiskey Sipper Cocktail Recipe (With Bonus Hot Toddy Version)


VANILLA CIDER WHISKEY SIPPER

Makes 1 Cocktail


INGREDEINTS:


Ice 1 orange, skin peeled into 8 long strips and fruit cut into 8 even-sized pieces

1 1/2 oz. Vanilla Crown Royal

3 oz. organic apple cider

Dash of nutmeg

Rosemary sprig and orange twist for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:


Fill a small rocks glass with ice.


Rim the edge of the glass with the inside of your orange peel then twist your peel into a spiral and set aside.


Squeeze 1/8 of an orange into the glass then top with vanilla whiskey and apple cider. Garnish with a dash of nutmeg, a rosemary sprig and the orange twist.


NOTE: If you like to taste the burn of whiskey, make this cocktail with 3 oz. of whiskey and 1 1/2 oz. of apple cider!

Makes 16 Hot Cocktails

INGREDEINTS:


48 oz. organic apple cider

24 oz. Vanilla Crown Royal

~1 t ground nutmeg

Cinnamon sticks for garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:


Heat apple cider in a large pot until hot. Stir in vanilla whiskey and ground nutmeg then store in a large thermos with a spout.


Serve with mugs and a mason jar full of cinnamon sticks for folks to take as garnishes.
