You've probably heard me say this before but I'll go ahead and say it again.


My goal in creating the Flare Free Cooking Academy was not to teach you to love anti-inflammatory food.


It was to teach you how to make the food you love, anti-inflammatory!


One of the best and easiest ways to do that is to experiment cooking your favorite foods and baking your favorite desserts using Flare Free ingredients.

I've had success using these ingredient to make cobblers, crisps, cookies, cakes, cupcakes, brownies, mousse, etc. and I know you will too.
