HOLISTIC CHEF + AUTOIMMUNE WELLNESS COACH
Using anti-inflammatory food as medicine to heal autoimmunity
doesn’t have to feel restrictive or overwhelming

You can lower inflammation, reduce symptoms, and get your life back
(Without sacrificing great-tasting food or spending all day in the kitchen)

If you learn to make the food you love anti-inflammatory
(Instead of trying to make yourself "love" anti-inflammatory food)

This becomes something you can actually stick to
And that’s when things start to change!

Eating Flare Free has helped me more than the infusions I have to get for Chron's! Less digestive issues and no more bloating. No more pain from eating is the best!

Kathryn
My hs-CRP number dropped a TON after only 9 weeks of eating Flare Free. I've learned a lot and am finding the value both externally and internally in eating this way."

Sandy
I went to a new doctor and when she did my bloodwork, she came in and goes, "You're like the healthiest person ever - tell me your secrets!" and I told her your recipes. She kept stressing the inflammation markets being excellent and seriously I credit a lot of that with making huge strides in the last year in the way I eat thanks you to!

About Me
HOLISTIC CHEF + AUTOIMMUNE WELLNESS COACH
Back in 2015, I put my RA into remission by using anti-inflammatory food as medicine.
But my healing journey wasn’t a linear one.
Years later, after being a full-time private chef to a country music star, I ended up in the biggest flare of my life and nearly lost my ability to walk.
That's when I realized living well with autoimmunity is all about eating Flare Free CONSISTENTLY.
("Flare Free" = gluten, dairy, sugar, corn, soy, peanut-free AND anti-inflammatory healing food)
So, I created a system that allows me to do that (without sacrificing delicious-tasting food or cooking all day).
Since, I've put my condition into remission yet again. But this time for good.
Now, I teach others to do the same, too.
So you can eat well, reverse autoimmunity and finally get your life back!
