Hey there! I’m Laura Rodriguez - holistic chef and Rheumatoid Arthritis warrior.

​

Back in 2015, I reversed debilitating joint pain, chronic migraines, and horrible eczema by using anti-inflammatory comfort food as medicine.

​

But my healing journey wasn’t a linear one.

 

Five years later, I nearly lost my ability to walk after 2 1/2 years of meeting the stressful demands of being a full-time private chef to a country music star.

 

I learned from hitting rock bottom in my health the second time, that in order for me to stay well with autoimmunity, I need to stay consistent in eating anti-inflammatory. 

​

So, I created a system that allows me to do that (no matter how busy I get). It's called the Flare Free EPIC Method and it's, well...

​

Pretty epic.

​

Now, I teach foodies with autoimmunity how to use this method for themselves and their families at home so they can make this way of living a lifestyle - not a diet they give up on after a couple weeks.

 

This is delicious, sustainable, and attainable healing that lasts!

No overly restrictive diets, no complicated systems, no paralyzing overwhelm.

Just realistic guidance and support from a fellow foodie with autoimmunity who's been in your shoes.
